There will be no "advanced" or "team" WOD this Saturday. We will be running heats of event 5 starting at 9am. Heats will be run every 20 minutes. We do not expect anyone to show up at 9am and stand around all morning waiting for their heat. Therefore, we are going to put together a sign up sheet for each heat. Here are the key points to remember:
1. You will be responsible for your own warm-up. So arrive early for your heat, we will have a warm-up area set aside.
2. Heats will be capped at 8 athletes per heat.
3. Due to equipment restrictions we can put no more than 2 Rx'd Men and 2 Beginner Women in each heat. The remaining slots can be a mixture of any other divisions, Men or Women.
4. If there is a heat that does not have 2 Rx'd Men and 2 Beginner Women in it, we should be able accomodate additional athletes from the other divisions up to the 8 total athletes per heat.
5. Please sign up for the earliest available heat slot that you can attend. This is simply a request in respecting our time as your coaches.
6. If you cannot attend Saturday, please use the Friday make-up day to complete event 5.
