If you haven't signed up for the CrossFit Games Open yet, now is the time to do it. You must be registered and must have completed and submitted your score for WOD 1 by 6 p.m. on Sunday. We want to encourage everyone to do it. Athletes of all levels can compete. This video talks about the benefits of competing in the Open. Take a look and seriously consider it.

20120217 Make-up Day

Workout of the Day:

Today was either a rest day or make-up day for any missed events during Total Week. We have seen a lot of PR's and improvement throughout the week; keep up the great work folks! Tomorrow is the culmination of Total Week, so be sure to wear your big boy/girl pants and bring the pain! Finish strong and give it your all! Y'all are awesome and it has been a really fun and inspiring week. 

You may have seen this video before, but it always gets me pumped up. Hope it provides you with a little motivation for tomorrow.
